Can we give zeros . My 84 year old mother transferred an I.R.A from wells fargo to first financial bank. She needed some paper work for the i.r.s . The lady in the office ( not a teller ) said we can't do that here. Gave her a one 800 number to call . Drove to first financial told them the problem and they had the paperwork she needed in about 4 minutes. Guess who missed up the paper work with the I.R.S ?
