The worst bank with the worst customer service. You’ll be waiting forever for a teller and Personal Banker. Whoever the manager is, isn’t doing their job.
I had a great experience at the Wells Fargo Rhome branch. Kendance was really helpful and sweet. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this branch.
This location and bank are absolutely ridiculous. I went through the ATM to withdraw some money. The machine gave me a $50 bill that was missing 1/3 of it. I went inside to get it replaced and they said there's nothing they can do, that I have to take it up to the federal engraving office. So Wells Fargo will allow their machines to acceps and dispense these bills like this, but will not ake themselves responsible for the bills their own machines are dispensing. Just ridiculous. One of the few left with a drive thru. Fast friendly service.
Idk.. it would seem like you could make time to sign a new customer up, regardless of appointment time. Especially when you have 3 people sitting on their rumps doing what appears to be nothing. $10k/ month in personal transactions just lost- not counting the $50k business transactions.
