One of the few left with a drive thru. Fast friendly service.
Idk.. it would seem like you could make time to sign a new customer up, regardless of appointment time. Especially when you have 3 people sitting on their rumps doing what appears to be nothing. $10k/ month in personal transactions just lost- not counting the $50k business transactions.
I hate to leave this review, but this bank is a joke. First, a couple months ago I received a check from an associate in Canada. The check was clearly made out in USD , but the teller tried to cheat me out of over $20 because she insisted on converting it to Canadian dollars. I could send overlooking this as a simple mistake, except for 3 reasons: the check was issued in USD, the issuer confirmed it was USD, and the check was issued from a bank in New York.
