Sat on hold for almost 10 minutes just to have someone hang up on me in the first 30 seconds of our conversation. Did not raise my voice or complain, just a "let me check that for you" then a click and hang up, tried calling back, got put back on hold.
Is a Bank without a Banker… do I need to say more? Never enough tellers longest wait times I have ever experienced. Drive thru closed due to lack of employees?
Went to this bank Tuesday to take care of a cashiers check issue I had, and let me tell you the team (Mrs Sandra) that was working on that day was nothing but amazing!! Mrs Dixie, the manager is incredible!! Not only she displayed excellent customer service, but the way she was managing everything that was going on, really showed great management skills.
