I had been in and used the mobile banking. Not once going in or when I moved money did someone tell me about this minimum account fee. I love the people who work at this bank. Great customer service, professional, efficient, funny, and smart.
I went in when the bank first opened at 9am. My daughter and I were the only customers in the branch. I wanted to open a checking account for my daughter and I was told by the teller that I would have to make an appointment and the first appointment time was at 2:30. I sat in the lobby and opened an account online for my daughter and it said that they needed more information so I would have to go in person.
