I needed to make a bank transfer because my account has a limit. I called customer service, they told me to come to the bank before five in the evening. I am a truck driver passing through here. I took a taxi and arrived at the bank at 03:55, stood in line, went to the cashier, she said - yes, we can do it. But I needed a banker for the code, and she was busy on the phone. They have really frequent ATM issues here. You have about 50/50 odds of having it be in order when you come to the branch. Then of course they don’t have enough actual tellers to help. Pretty disappointing
This branch has always had issues with their ATM, but it seems to get worse with time. Nearly EVERY time I go to use the ATM for deposits or withdrawals, it's out of service. It's actually been down for nearly 50% of this past week alone. It's infuriating for those of us who have unconventional schedules and has put me in a bind on more than one occasion. It's especially odd considering that they keep replacing/upgrading the ATM, but the downtime seems to get worse and worse.
Their statement is to help further and empower financial goals is BS. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Moved money to savings didnt realize I had been getting a service fee every month! I had been in and used the mobile banking. Not once going in or when I moved money did someone tell me about this minimum account fee. I had plenty of money had someone taken the time while I was there in person to kindly mention if I kept the minimum amount in my checking I would get charged a monthly service fee.
