Inaccurate holiday hours on website and posted on the door. Had to go there physically and find out they're closed by the door being locked. Not even by a sign saying sorry we're closed Holiday hours.
The bank employees wouldnt let me in and it was only 11:57. They were rude, laughed and didnt even come to the door. Lazy employee! I grew up in this town my whole life and loyal to this bank for 30 years. They got rid of the best employees and the new managers and employees who are younger and LAZY! The new manager shouldnt even be a manager, she is rude and hires employees just like her. Should have kept people who were there for years and NOT LAZY. DO NOT BANK HERE
I had an issue with my online banking a very, very nice lady by the name of Sarah at the 1077 Route 46 Parsippany New Jersey branch was more than professional more than kind went out of our way to resolve this issue. I reside in Indiana was not able to resolve this over the phone happened to be in New Jersey And very very thrilled with the service I received from Wells Fargo and this lovely lady I will definitely continue banking with Wells Fargo.
Such a bad experience over there I called because I need to open account for my cousin and they said I will need just a passport but when I went over there they said me i need a address bill or something and the problem is why they don’t said it before such un profesionales people and please don’t do that respect people time
