Good afternoon, the rep name was Dayana I would like to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience I recently had at the Wells Fargo branch in Morris Plains. I went to the branch to cash a check. The teller took the check to her supervisor, and they contacted the person who issued the check. I have been with this bank almost 30 years It was first union bank and they changed it to Wachovia and now wells Fargo. So we are going far. So there you ♂️. I'm fine with the bank and i be with them so long as i live.

Ely Ortiz is insensitive bank teller claiming to be Operations manger with an attitude that you can sense mike away. If I could give the branch and him personally a 0 I would. When an ATM machine went down during a withdrawal I found myself in a very unpleasant situation where kinder voice, offer to help would have been more appreciated in a panic mode I was in.
