I had a very disappointing experience with Oscar Kolof, the branch manager at Wells Fargo. During our conversation about speaking with a banker to open a new account, I felt dismissed, undervalued, and treated in a way that came across as discriminatory. We went this weekend because I needed to change something in my bank account and JIGNESH K PATEL was a great help, he helped us with everything we needed, he was very kind, very patient, and he was a great help, thank you very much, if I could give 10 stars I would gladly do it
Came to this location to open checking account ( new customer) they said come back next week. But bank still working another 2 hours ! Going now to open an account at Bank of America. Will see if they do have a time for new customers.
Wonderful Branch with Excellent service!! I can’t say enough good things about Jignesh. He is a complete gentleman and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything!
