Been using this bank at this location since it was Wacovia. Have always been able to slide my card in and get to the atm but showed up today to find a new reader on the door. As you can see clearly there is a sticker saying 24 hour atm access next to a sticker with numerous instructions, all poorly written, on how to use the new reader. One portion says the light must be amber for it to "open" with no explanation of why it's red now. So for the first time ever I can't access the atm and I have no idea why. The best experience me and my husband had today with Rochelle Harrison all our questions were answered in a very helpful way and made everything easy for us and to better understand how all works with online banking and how to pay our bills online she was very helpful and took her time to explain to us in detail.
Your ATMs are atrocious. Constantly miscounting the cash. Get it fixed!
