I went to and change my name. I walked in literaly right after they unlocked the door to open ar 9am. When i walked in there were 3 bankers at desks and 2 tellers. There were NO customers other then me. I told them i needed to change my last name. I was told i had to make an appoiintment and no one was available till 2pm. I looked around confused because no one was there. They asked if i wanted to make an appointment and i said no.
