They dumped garbage in the alleyway to our backyard.
My interactions with this bank for the most basic needs surfaces a vacuum of process, clarity, and follow up. I do not enjoy being a customer here and I recommend to potential future customers consider other branches or options in old town.
I received excellent service from both Houda and Sana as they Helped guide me through a particularly difficult transaction related to executor duties. Very professional and very well informed.
This is by far the worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve been to. They gave my daughter and I an awful experience there. My daughter just received her first paycheck from her first job and was excited to cash it. I called ahead of time to get information on how we could do that being that she only had a school id and no state id. The woman on the phone gave me the information but when we arrived management was rude and condescending so say the least.
