The bankers were friendly and helpful. They took care of my business quickly. I always have a good experience here.
Horrible experience today. I came in to get information and open a business checkimg account. I think the person I spoke with name was Nat. Very poor customer service and did not care about me as a customer. Seemed bothered when I asked "Do you have printed info on the features of the business checking account?" The answer is no, This Wells Fargo location is 1 mile from my home but, I decided to drive 8 more miles away to select a bank Snellville. I would not recommend!
I had to write this review to express my sincerest gratitude for the Branch Manager Kimberly Stealey and her assistance in helping me with a very serious account issue. Her professionalism, dedication, and patience were evident throughout the process, even when she was met with challenges.
