I was experiencing Apple Pay fraud and was frazzled! The staff and administrators at Wells Fargo were extremely helpful and solved the problems immediately!! Totally professional and so very kind. Mr. Grasso saved the day! I’m especially grateful.
Pleasure to do business with
Very rude, I deposited my check, and they wouldn't cash it even though 4/5ths was approved because they "didn't feel comfortable." The teller and manager asked me a hundred questions like I didn't own my bank account, even though I had my ID, my debit card, and used my pin right infront of them. Not sure why they felt the need to be so rude. Not sure why the manager that day asked me if "I know how to use an ATM." But I closed my account.
