This isn’t the closest Wells Fargo to my house but I’m always willing to go out of my way to use this branch. The staff is the most welcoming, friendly, helpful staff I have ever encountered. 10/10 customer service!
I've been coming here for my banking since l was a kid. Excellent customer service, wonderful associates.
I gave 3 stars because the banker is a good worker, but Ms. Garcia the "manager" needs to learn how to manage her emotions especially rage and sarcasm, and needs to learn how to dress professionally for the workplace.
I’m writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received at your branch on July 25 at approximately 4:10 PM. I have held an account with your bank for over 18 years—I am not a new customer. However, I was treated with disrespect and lack of courtesy during my visit.
