I gave 3 stars because the banker is a good worker, but Ms. Garcia the "manager" needs to learn how to manage her emotions especially rage and sarcasm, and needs to learn how to dress professionally for the workplace.
I’m writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received at your branch on July 25 at approximately 4:10 PM. I have held an account with your bank for over 18 years—I am not a new customer. However, I was treated with disrespect and lack of courtesy during my visit. Good atmosphere, pleasant staff
Amazing staff Brandon was attentive and he knew exactly what he was doing he explained everything to me with patience. Also Jeffery he is very professional and is clear when speaking with customers. This team works well together and are very friendly. Thank you guys for your help and for a job well done.
This is the second wells Fargo I’ve been too where I haven’t been treated like a regular customer. 30 minutes until they close and they say use the ATM we’re closed.
