This Wells Fargo was fine and I only used the ATM. I am not very happy with Wells Fargo, however. I need to figure out what policiy(ies) changed causing a random fees of $10 each month. The missing stars are due to this financial institution's policies and lack of communication, not at all because of this specific location, employees, or anything to do with this actual visit to the bank. Outstanding staff
I can't say enough good things about Danae, she assisted me several times this year. Loosing my mother in December and than my father in July. She helped me navigate the entire process and did it with kindness and compassion for the situation I was dealing with. She went above and beyond for us and I can't thank her enough for assisting us with such empathy during this difficult year.
They Deserved -5 star It’s a big lot. They should open a gas station instead of having these people unhelpful disrespectful well loser bank
