The teller was nice and processed my transaction quickly. I barely waited to be helped. Good experience overall.
Constantly waiting more than a half hour at the drive through, please give them more staff to accommodate everyone. It’s not fair to them or your customers to wait that long. How can they assist properly if you have on only two tellers.

This is the worst bank I have every had the displeasure of dealing with , the manager is in compassionate and inconsiderate. they don't know what their doing, They have you sit for 90 minutes to open a safe deposit box, then tell you that you can't use it until your next visit, I truly dislike this branch, I contacted corporate concerning the way my mother and I were treated by the Manager, and of course they did nothing, they never side with the customer, my mother is in her eighties and after sitting there for 90 minutes w... read more
