Terrible customer service. This branch needs a better mangament!
One of the best Wells Fargo branch’s around! Been banking at this particular branch for 25 years. The recent reviews on here are petty, disheartening and completely untrue! I’d like to show appreciation to these folks that more then deserve it! I read the reviews before and I should have listened. The branch is a joke. They are short staffed it’s not handicap friendly. Abdu Greenidge is the branch manager who is not properly licensed to do all the banking, he’s there for show pretty much but he’s really useless. After seeing his ignorance and horrible behavior at this branch that only has their best interests and not the clients will be taking all of our accounts far far away only because of the behavior and Mis guidance from abdu greenidge. I had a very disappointing experience with one of the bankers at this branch karen. She came across as extremely arrogan and dismissive. When I inquired about opening an account, instead of offering help or information, she told me to go to my primary bank and questioned why I’d want to open an account here . That is not how a professional should treat potential customers. Very disappointing
Absolutely the WORST bank I have ever encountered. My elderly mother has been banking with them for YEARS. They decided that my 83 year old Mother is unfit to withdraw any money or use her debit card because she has dementia. My mother left the bank in TEARS. Not only does she not have money, she can not give gifts to her children on Christmas! This bank is an evil corporation that steals money from innocent customers.
