I had a very disappointing experience with one of the bankers at this branch karen. She came across as extremely arrogan and dismissive. When I inquired about opening an account, instead of offering help or information, she told me to go to my primary bank and questioned why I’d want to open an account here . That is not how a professional should treat potential customers. Very disappointing
Absolutely the WORST bank I have ever encountered. My elderly mother has been banking with them for YEARS. They decided that my 83 year old Mother is unfit to withdraw any money or use her debit card because she has dementia. My mother left the bank in TEARS. Not only does she not have money, she can not give gifts to her children on Christmas! This bank is an evil corporation that steals money from innocent customers.
