Every time I go to a Wells Fargo I remember why I stopped banking with them. Got the runaround, was told on a call with estate team that I would need to go to a branch to close my deceased parent's credit card. Went to the Bel Air branch and was told I could have done everything over the phone (what?) but that I needed an appointment if I wanted to do it in person.
