To be frank service is really lacking, and I believe it to be a Wells Fargo issue in general. I run a farm and every time I need to withdraw or deposit large sums of money, I am forced to jump through extra hoops. To be forthright, I only opened my account with Wells Fargo because I was getting my Doctorate in Florida and there were no M&Ts there. Ultimately save yourself stress, and choose another bank.
