I Hate dealing with Big Banks think im just a number . went to make deposit, oh says a hold will be place till the 23rd and part of money available the 18th . HUh in todays digital world they gonna put a 10 day hold on my money . So its the 18th today, no money available, every one says " oh back office put a longer hold on the money" no Money available today What a load a crap soon as i can find a good bank im gone!!! no help tellers, no help manager, no help customer service!!!
We had a great experience at Wells Fargo today. The banker was patient, professional, and took the time to walk my daughter through opening her very first account. They explained everything clearly, answered all her questions, and made her feel confident and respected throughout the process. It meant a lot to see her treated like an adult while still being supported. Thank you for making this an easy and positive milestone for her.
Called customer service per the website to handle a transaction and was told I needed to visit a branch. I took time off of my job and came from another county to be told I needed an appointment with a banker. It should not be this hard to withdraw MY money.
