Have called the branch numerous times. No one is picking up. Horrible customer service.
Dear Wells Fargo, You see, I have to tell you something. Your corporate brick edifice is not doing it for your community. It is an eyesore and I think it’s time for a makeover. Personally, I prefer art nouveau architecture, but I think that might be a bit of a challenge for you since you’re so boxy and contained. The service at this location is pathetic. Wellsfargo should be embarrassed by what they’ve done to this branch.
They don’t have bankers to help you when you need it… and the manager was not interested at all to know my problem. Plus, the bank makes terrible business decision. It’s frustrating …
Classic problems and pains from a notoriously nefarious company and this branch is a prime example. Honor your account holder's checks as cash or be prepared for small business owners to refuse payments from customers of your institute. Banks steal money from poor people and wonder why people prefer to hide cash in mattresses again. I've never liked Wells-Fargo and I never will.
