Today I had very bad experience in Wells Fargo Bank In Oaktree Rd Edison. Went there yesterday to pick up some change and manager and all the employees working there treated me so badly. They were rude, mannerless and told me they can’t give change even though I have account with them. I even showed business account information and been loyal to well Fargo (Wachovia bank before). 20 plus year being customer and this branch has the worst customer service. Then I went to Woodbridge branch right after and they had amazing worker. Woodbridge branch gave me change and greeted me as soon as I entered. I... read more
