Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 4:20pm — 40 minutes before their 5:00pm closing time — to open a Prime Checking account. I already have three accounts with Wells Fargo and active online banking. I tried opening the account online, but the system wouldn’t allow me to complete it, and I explained that I wouldn’t be able to return for another 2–3 weeks. Horrible bank and horrible customer service. I went there today because I had an overcharge on my debit card. I had the statement of what I was overcharged and my receipt of what I originally charge. The lazy banker just walked up to me in the waiting area and just said you have to contact the business. She was lazy and unprofessional and did absolutely nothing.
Today I had very bad experience in Wells Fargo Bank In Oaktree Rd Edison.
