The women here have been incredibly helpful & a pleasure. I’ve had an all around positive experience with this location. The only thing is that the lollipops they have at the counter never stay in the lollipop stick past the first two minutes & i dont know what thats abt. Other than that great!
I went to the Hamburg Wells Fargo. The staff make you stand there for quite a while. They seem like you are bothering them. I remember a time years ago when you walked in and they automatically acknowledged that you were there. Always just walked up to the cashier and was assisted right away. It’s a real shame that they need your business and your money to exist. I guess customer service is a thing of the past!
Went to this location to withdraw some money. I had two forms of identification and my debit cards. They still refused to serve me. I even opened up my online banking in front of them. The next day i went to a different branch, and i was able to withdraw my money smoothly. I can’t think of a reason why they wouldn’t serve me other than racism.
