Never ever use Wells Fargo !!! Unless you want fraudulent bank drafts and disappearing money from your account from unknown banks that are linked to your personal account how that’s possible, I have no clue but I do know I’m $5,832 dollars short after filing a claim and the other bank deemed it as identity theft Wells Fargo denied my claim i also never received correspondence and doubt anyone actually looked into it , so sad do better, but please DO NOT BANK HERE !!!! I hadn't set foot in this branch in more than a decade due to ridiculous staffing (shortage) and overall ineptitude of the few who 'worked' there. I made the mistake of giving them another chance today. NOTHING has changed. It took 20 minutes for the *one* banker to even acknowledge me. When he finally did, he said it would "be a while" before he could get to me. No problem. It'll "be a while" before I bank with WF again.
