I normally do not review banks, but I felt it important to review this one. I have been a Wells Fargo customer going on a decade now. I have been with them while living in 6 different states. I have had my share of issues over the years, and because of that, I don't use them that often. Debbie is the best! Always a big help. She is the only reason I keep my accounts there. Trying to contact the branch via phone is a joke. Nine out of 10 times I call, no one answers. I get a recording that directs me in every instance to a service I am not looking for. Good luck for anyone trying to get a human on the phone!
Had to go here to see if I could pick up checks, because apparently people still want checks for some reasons. There was a sign on the door that said by appointment only and a woman came out, brusquely asked if I had an appointment, and when I said no she locked the door and strode off to Publix without offering me an appointment. However, I went into the drive through and that woman was extremely patient and explained the whole process to me. I got my checks and was very pleased by her customer service.
