Very good interaction with Randal, excellent customer service and very upfront about things. I’m less experienced with banks so it was much appreciated.
One teller, zero customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would. The individual could not get my accounts closed, the branch manager is out on PTO. No one could solve the problem. Then I sat there inside the office while the banker called HQ. They couldn’t figure it out. The bank is then closing at 4pm. I’ve been here since 2:30. After I was sent away the first time because they are understaffed. You can’t make this up… mind blowing
My wife and son went into the EMPTY branch at 3:40 PM on a Wednesday to open a juvenile account and they were sent packing because it was "too close to closing". I called to follow up and got attitude.
