This Wells Fargo branch needs to improve its customer service. I’ve repeatedly observed a black teller who stands idle and waits until there are two people in line before opening their station. This creates unnecessary delays and gives the impression that customers’ time is not valued. A bank should prioritize moving the line efficiently — if a teller is available, they should begin helping right away. I hope management addresses this to provide faster, more attentive service.
