Wells Fargo charged me monthly service fees on my checking account without any clear notification or warning. There was no obvious email, text, or alert — I only discovered the charges after reviewing my statement. It feels deceptive and unfair to add fees without making sure customers are properly informed. Wells Fargo's customer service is like a bad blind date: you wait 45 minutes for them to show up, and when they finally do, there's only one person trying to handle the whole restaurant. Spoiler: nobody gets served, and everyone's hangry.

Extremely poor and inefficient servicing to a 30+ year client. Although funds are cleared in our account, Paige flagged the transaction as fraud due to the transaction size. The source of funds is a VIP client for 40+ years with 0 history or any fraudulent activity. To add to this, the bank insisted on having my mother present during the conversation, despite her just being discharged from the ICU. This Wells Fargo branch needs to improve its customer service. I’ve repeatedly observed a black teller who stands idle and waits until there are two people in line before opening their station. This creates unnecessary delays and gives the impression that customers’ time is not valued. A bank should prioritize moving the line efficiently — if a teller is available, they should begin helping right away. I hope management addresses this to provide faster, more attentive service.
