So sick of standing in line because every time I go in there there's only one teller. Today there was 13 people in line. I swear I'm changing banks.
Horribly slow!!! There is never anybody in the drive thru when they have two lanes... whenever someone comes to the window they have to take your stuff to the front counter... it's just ridiculous
Walked up before 5pm, the woman slammed the door in my face and told me through the door that they wouldn't deposit my money. She told me that they would get an "exception" for letting me in. Basically that wells fargo corporate would penalize them for helping their customers. Been with the company 25 years and its seriously worse every year. Dylan the teller's attitude is extremely poor. Took five requests to not pull up my personal account when just making change for only $60 for my business. Then audibly pouted multiple times and stared at me annoyingly while gathering the cash and change I politely requested. Then to drive home the fact he wasn't happy made several smart remarks and tried to lecture me on my behavior for my next visit. The worst customer service I've ever experienced from Wells Fargo. The personal banker began assisting me with depositing checks that he said wouldn't be a problem since I had the clerk of court document received literally the same day. He logs into my account and then says we'll, I want to call and confirm some things first but it shouldn't be a problem. While he's on the phone, he raises all these "questions" with the person on the phone about their policy to then hang up a half hour later saying sorry I can't deposit the ... read more
