I go to deposit my check and the Atm is down, so I go to Wells Fargo were the check is written from and they ask me to open a account, I said NO THANK YOU, so she tells me it will cost me $7.50 to cash the check, I said let me know when Hell freeze over and I'll be back, Wells Fargo you suck.
I received a insurance check and called wells Fargo. Was told bring my marriage certificate because it was in my maiden name. I drove 1.5 hours to be told AFTER they verified it was legit that they couldn't cash it to go to a check cashing place. I was humiliated by the tellers and bank Manager wasted gas and can't get my mortgage paid. How can a bank not cash their own check after they verified it is good.
