When in the cash a check today so because I don't have an account there they charged me $10 fee yet the check is written from their Bank but yet they charged me $10 for cash it between them and t&d and citizens they all charge you a fee so basically they're making you open up an account so that you don't get charged to pay what a scam
Glenolden branch. ATMs always out cash. They seem to make up hours they worked.
This is actually a 3 year old event but I got to thinking that I needed to put this up. I had $150.00 stolen from me when I withdrew the $$ from this drive thru ATM and I pulled off. Soon as I realized it I turned back around but the person behind me in the car who was next in line took that $$$. This Bank refused to reimburse me nor would they pull the video of who did it even tho they had cameras, the person that did it was one of their customers, and the event happened during usual business hours around maybe 1100 a.m. or... read more
Customer service in this bank is absolutely great, my complaint is only two tellers they made the bank smaller. The changes Wells Fargo has made, really has me wanting to go to another bank with all the changes My husband and I have been customers and had accounts there for a long time. But overall customer service at this branch very helpful and knowledgeable. I love them... especially Lisa,
