Very kind, fast and professional thank you
Horrible experience ever the teller name addy is horrible very rude then had me leave to print a e check but when asked the one the other tellers they said I could just horrible!
One of their tellers wrote a sequence of numbers on my check and had me sign the back of it before telling me they were unable to cash it. You can imagine the situation her lack of diligence put me in. When I tried to bring these things up to her attention, she kept talking over me and telling me they'll be able to cash it across the street. I told her it's a CITIBANK check they don't have one .
