Banker Quincy Graham was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient with helping me open up my sons account. Was even very polite with my 5year old. Great customer service from the entire staff Everytime I come here.
Ya weird for that. When you had people on line you stayed at the window. As soon as I was ready to step up, you go away from the counter and proceed to count money. If I am lying check the cameras bank manager Thanks for nothing
I recently opened a business account here and everything having to do with the experience was fantastic. When we walked in, we were greeted very warmly and attended to immediately. Quincy, who was the person who set up our account was efficient, professional and made the process very smooth. Everyone else in the office was very pleasant and even offered us lollipops. South Orange is lucky to have these folks working at this location.
