Had a giant issue with this bank. But I came here to give an update that instead of coming here, I now go to the Wells Fargo on Central Ave in East Orange and it’s NIGHT & DAY. The East Orange location is much better and much more polite and professional I found surprisingly. Knew exactly what to do when it came to my foreign currency.
I do my business there.
A branch that can’t even track if their bankers have pending foreign currency orders, nor keeps any records/history of previous orders & pick ups of currency at their location? Especially for their business accounts ?? Someone’s clearly lying. The teller didn’t flinch to try & hunt down where the issue may lie & what happened to my foreign order. Today I went to WF SO branch to withdraw $10,000 in cash, and left with distaste in customer service! There was a male banker assisting a female banker who was apparently new to the company. I started the conversation by letting them know I needed to withdraw $10,000 and asked if I needed a withdrawal slip. Immediately, the young lady at the computer looked at me with wide eyes and said, “$10,000?”, as if I had said something shocking!!??
