The place ATM . Well Fargo Bank is the worst location to get cash. Always is broken. People Fixing all the time
Worst service ever. Asked to speak to a manager and we were told everyone is busy. Employees just standing around. Manager passed right in front of us and never even acknowledged that we were there waiting for almost 45mins.
I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for about 13 years now, since I was a teenager. Today I tried to deposit a $10,000 check from my grandmother but she forgot to put the name. The teller looked at me with disdain thinly veiled by a fake smile and blatantly asked me if I wrote the check myself—essentially accusing me of check fraud. I returned after having my grandmother sign my name and another teller assisted me, but both seemed to regard me with hesitation and skepticism… as if I was some sort of thief. Needed to cash a check. Went to the drive through window and saw I would have to go inside. No more drive through business. I’m handicapped and going in is very difficult and there was no place to park. Ended up going to Springfield Plaza where they have drive through.
Very rude employees after sitting there for an hour they literally forced us to go to another brunch never go to them
