Jennifer Nickels is the bomb. I dont like wells Fargo but this lady went above and beyond today for my boy who went in the bank to cash in their rolled coins.
I will never be back at this place and just so happens everybody else I know closed their accounts down here also & i tell everybody else I come into contact with to do the same.
As I’m in a store my mom needed to help me by putting money in my account which she does regularly. I have my account number and everything. I was even on the phone and they absolutely would not allow her to put money in my own account. Beyond upset I had to leave the store. This is wrong and I will probably be leaving Wells Fargo over it. Disappointing. I could understand if it was taking money out of my account but not putting money in. What is someone suppose to do if they need help or are stranded? I don’t recommend this... read more
