They aren’t in a major class action lawsuit for nothing. Let’s just say that. Cause a major life altering financial problem every single chance they can. And then, they act like you’re on Wells Fargo payroll, making you spend several hours and days calling them to fix it. Genuinely any chance they can cause hell, they did. I've had 4 in bank experiences and all were top notch service. Approach an employee with kindness and undertanding that things happen on the back end that are out of their control, or things happen that might be the customer's oversight, and they are more than willing to help. Approach with anger and being a Karen, what else do you expect?
I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I’ve been banking, personal and two businesses, with Wells Fargo for a long time, across multiple states on the east coast. The customer service at this branch was AWFUL! When I told the banker that I was not satisfied with her customer service, she got mad and her service worsened. I would highly encourage people to not do business at this branch. If this is the only branch you can access, switch banking institutions.
