Absolute TRASH customer service! Needed to deposit a check and know the availability of funds before doing so for an emergency repair at home. Was given the wrong in and told funds would be immediately available. Either they lie, or are incompetent and don’t know their own policies! Don’t try to deal with the customer service number, you won’t get someone who speaks English and reads from a script! CRAP customer service! Chime was actually better than Wells Fargo! Thanks for the mis information!
Do not bother trying to speak to a human by phone. Waste of time! If you are a fan of being on hold endlessly and getting endless prompts to speak to a robot this is the place for you. Answers to questions? Sorry, not available. Too bad I did not have the option for a "0" rating
