Not a good experience. Never came to help me even with an appointment made. Worst experience at a bank ever. Then I made a mistake and went back a second time. Was told the manager would be coming to talk to me but then they came back and said she was on the phone and would call me back today. Did not of course and I’m not surprised. Worst branch ever. Don’t use them. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Wells Fargo.
Susan was super helpful and answered all my questions. Great service provided by the tellers as well! It’s such a shame that this branch has such a low rating on Google - this is another great example of bad reviews that don’t actually reflect the reality and what’s actually happening at the branch. The staff was profesional and people need to understand that this is a bank and rules and regulations must be followed, the staff is not your friend and they are there to provide a service. Keep up the good work!
This was the worst visit/experience I ever had in a bank branch. in my opinion Wells Fargo leadership really need to assign an advisor or new management to this location.
Teller Deena verified my check that I already waited weeks for then told me they weren’t able to cash it. Now nobody will cash it and I have to wait WEEKS again for a new check in the mail as if I don’t have bills ! Manager (Christina) upheld the teller (deena) saying she did nothing wrong. Nobody wants to take accountability for their mistake at the branch & now I’m left without money !
