I've had 4 in bank experiences and all were top notch service. Approach an employee with kindness and undertanding that things happen on the back end that are out of their control, or things happen that might be the customer's oversight, and they are more than willing to help. Approach with anger and being a Karen, what else do you expect?
I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I’ve been banking, personal and two businesses, with Wells Fargo for a long time, across multiple states on the east coast. The customer service at this branch was AWFUL! When I told the banker that I was not satisfied with her customer service, she got mad and her service worsened. Not a good experience. Never came to help me even with an appointment made. Worst experience at a bank ever. Then I made a mistake and went back a second time. Was told the manager would be coming to talk to me but then they came back and said she was on the phone and would call me back today. Did not of course and I’m not surprised. Worst branch ever. Don’t use them. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Wells Fargo.
