I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I’ve been banking, personal and two businesses, with Wells Fargo for a long time, across multiple states on the east coast. The customer service at this branch was AWFUL! When I told the banker that I was not satisfied with her customer service, she got mad and her service worsened. I would highly encourage people to not do business at this branch. If this is the only branch you can access, switch banking institutions. Not a good experience. Never came to help me even with an appointment made. Worst experience at a bank ever. Then I made a mistake and went back a second time. Was told the manager would be coming to talk to me but then they came back and said she was on the phone and would call me back today. Did not of course and I’m not surprised. Worst branch ever. Don’t use them. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Wells Fargo.
Susan was super helpful and answered all my questions. Great service provided by the tellers as well! It’s such a shame that this branch has such a low rating on Google - this is another great example of bad reviews that don’t actually reflect the reality and what’s actually happening at the branch. The staff was profesional and people need to understand that this is a bank and rules and regulations must be followed, the staff is not your friend and they are there to provide a service. Keep up the good work!
