I want to start off by saying that I love this location. I visit it regularly. The reason for my 1 star is not because of the service because the young lady (Shan Alston, along with the other girl at the desk, guy who work the window, and the 2 personal bankers i met (one an African American, brown skin with glasses) & (the other a mixed (maybe Italian) girl witg glasses), they all are awesome! I have been banking with Wells Fargo for a long time. This branch has the best customer service and they are great at what they do. The wait time is never long.
My entire family have been proud and loyal customers of Wells Fargo Bank since 2001; but today, at the Georgetown, S.C. branch, my husband and I felt shame and humiliation we have never before experienced with our beloved bank. My father was a combat- disabled Korean War veteran. My husband is a combat- disabled Vietnam veteran, and our son is currently a Major in the U.S. Army and served in combat in Afghanistan.
