I have to say I’m so happy I switched to Wells Fargo. I live in Chapin and have banked with others but the level of ease with getting things done and with the app especially mobile deposits has made life so much easier. This switch had been very stress free and I even got bonus for signing up for a new account. Very impressed so far and I love that’s it’s conveniently located in my hometown.
Never had issues until now. I have been a customer for about 2 years, and now both my mother and I are continuously getting hacked, and money is being taken out of our accounts.
Worst banking experience ever. I am an out of state account holder and needed to talk with someone about my account. I was told at this branch that they were too busy to assist me and directed to the Columbiana branch 15 miles away.
Poor policies. Unable to purchase cashier's check with cash unless an account holder at Wells Fargo even though they were more than willing to let me withdraw same said cash from their bank. I am a mortgage and credit card holder through Wells Fargo and this policy seems silly.
This bank treated me like a premiere customer. Absolutely fabulous customer service, went above & beyond to assist me. Highly recommend!
