I was helped by Joy, she was super nice and made the experience way faster, the other ladies in front seemed to need help so it was good she did everything fast and double checked all details with me, thank you Joy.
When is 28 degrees and you have a meeting at 9am with a banker... and they watch you stand in the cold instead of offering a warm place to wait in the lobby because they don't open UNTIL 9. Dismissed and unacknowledged by the 5+ people standing right inside the door.
