I have stopped to WF in New Hope and get information of how to transfer money to international. I got information and ready to transfer. I spook with Samuel Boiman branch manager and he refuses to waive fee of $40.00. If you can transfer money for free, why should you pay to the bank and trust your bank. What would you do if your bank has so much money from me and refused to waive $40.00 fee? Do you want to deal with this bank? Do you want to deal with this branch manager?
I took my father into the bank today to work out some things with his accounts. He is 87 and was upset thinking his accounts had been drained. We met with Arun Sharma who treated him with the utmost respect and helped him see the balances in his accounts. He helped my dad set up his phone APP and move funds from savings into checking. My dad was visibly relieved after our visit to this bank. Thank you Arun for how well you treated him. That level of service is rare today.
If I could give zero stars I would. I will do everything in my power to never go to this location again. The worst WF location I’ve been to and I’ve been with them since 2017. Also, plan on EXORBITANT wait times.
