Wells Fargo Band Set up Teen checking account for 13 and 16 year old boys. The person helping us made sure the boys knew how to access the accounts from the web. Our experience was good. It would have been nice to have been able to convert the savings account the boys already had into a checking account but we had to open new accounts and close the old savings account.
poor customer service While at this bank recently, I experienced awful customer service. I had to stand in line for a long period of time while I observed 2 employees conversing among themselves while customers were waiting. After this experience, I am ready to change to a different bank that hopefully will be more concerned about customer service.
