This branch needs a new staff... unfriendly and unable to solve issues.
Bank is STILL closed as it has been all summer. I want to access my money and I have no clue as to why they refuse to open this branch when the PNC bank DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THEM has been open for the most part. Because of this, and the fact that they do not allow for the daily withdrawal limit from the ATM to be raised, I will be taking my banking back to PNC.
Cannot access large amounts of money due to only 2 locations in the Chicagoland area. Both are closed. Calling customer service tells me there is over a 24 hour wait until I can speak to a representative. I JUST WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND GET MY MONEY!!!
My experience was great I had to wait maybe five minutes but the tellers were wonderful!
Horrible... Letter states payment site going away....Use Wells Online.... Call to register.....Have to go to branch.....What a pain.....Will redo mortgage elsewhere
