I was given wrong information. I came back following the information they had given to me, then I was refused service. I felt rushed out by the manager (R.W) 11:17 a.m on a Saturday. Definitely cant trust a financial institution that leads you incorrectly and then rushes you away when you comeback following their guidelines.
Awful place, waste of a great space , place the right people in the right positions and vice versa. if you can't, just lock the doors , it saves everyone in the end

I took over my mother's safe deposit box when she died. And have been using it since then. But when I tried to access it last week they said they never got a copy of her death certificate. I've used the box since her death and took her name off accounts, these thing require a death certificate. So they had to have had one. Corporate confirms there is one in the file.
