Don went the extra mile to help my neurodivergent brother get his first credit card! He went out of his way to advocate for my brother after my family had already left the bank after they applied for the wrong card and were denied, thinking they would have to wait 6 months before applying again. Wouldn’t serve me because it was a couple of minutes until closing (by actual time). I would certainly expect to be turned down at closing time but not before.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have a simple question about an item on my statement and they require me to make an appointment and come to the bank. Every other financial institution has a phone human or chat to help with these simple questions. They canceled my appointment. I called, but hung up after several minutes of enless voice prompts. Again, no human available. WF does everything possible to avoid customer contact and service.

Very expensive place, spent almost $400 and the owner refused to give even a 5% discount. I purchased slippers and a tennis shoe. Will not recommend them to family or friends.
