I had to visit in person, inside thr bank for a cashiers check Sept 12. Upon entering with deposit cash in hand, manager began shouting to people in line to come forward to the counter so that she could handle them via the drive-through window. I knew my needs needed to be with bank teller but manager saw my cash in hand and assumed I needed soley to deposit.
