okay bank The reason I gave this bank such a low rating is not because of its customer service its because of their bank machine. You can't drive up to it and during business hours you can't even park close to it. That means when you have your toddler in the car with you, you have to take them out of the car seat and drag them with you to the machine. This makes using their machine very inconvenient. I would recommend driving down the street 2 minutes and going to the Brassfield location.
