On site staff is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. That being said, the overall Bank system itself stinks, especially their auto financing Department and IT!
Great bank with friendly,helpful employees. I especially love the tellers. They always go out of their way to make sure that I know they appreciate my business. They aren't snobs like some people in banking. I always feel comfortable and welcome.

I may have had the most unpleasant banking experience in my life at the Regency Branch in Omaha. 20 minutes plus to cash a single customer check. I am not a client,maybe that is why I was treated will such disdain. Well our client we share has heard how bad your CS is. Next time a Non Client enters your bank you certainly had better treat them with a little more repect BAILEY....they just may be a stockholder . The people there are all terrific, they go out of their way to help if you have any problems. They are always pleasant, courteous, and always have a smile to welcome you. The managers, bank officers, and the Tellers are the best. I give them the 5 Star + Linda G. Allen
I tried to pay off my home mortgage loan, but was told that they would have to have more information. They took my account number and work phone number and said they would call me back. It has been two days and I'm still waiting for a phone call. I'm not sure I understand why. Awesome service
Got us there under false pretenses---thought savings on mortgage payments but really wanted us to open checking account. Never got back to us about refinancing our mortgage
