Thank each and everyone of you for all you do
Going in daily and watching more management people standing and watching the tellers work than tellers is infuriating . Particularly when there is a long line. This is a recent issue and is extremely frustrating.
Terrible customer service
Hi! I would like to save you from being humiliated and pissed off so I'm going to write this review. I went to the Wells Fargo on Augusta road in Greenville. I wanted to open a new account. An important account. I walked in, right past all the employees who had nothing in the world to do not even a customer present other than myself. I sat down, in a chair in Plainview of all the employees. All the employees that had better things to do than address me apparently. I sat and sat and sat. This is a convenient Wells Fargo to stop into if you’re in the Augusta Rd area. Parking is usually good and this branch is always clean inside and friendly staff. They occasionally do have a line inside with 1 teller but they do have 2 at times. There is no drive thru here so plan accordingly.
