My husband went in to get a document notarized and the woman at the counter initially stated there wasn't anyone there to do it, but then quickly followed up that she was a notary but didn't have the time to do it.. there was no one in line behind him... She mentioned not wanting to do paperwork that would be involved with it. What in the world?!
Branch lacks knowledge in their own services and there is no branch manager on site to resolve issues. Highly disappointed. Switching over to fifth third bank for services.
Didn't tell us since we weren't customers charge $10.00 for each check. Thought we were supposed to go there since there name on check. Maybe behind on the times. I would have rather went to my friendly bank anyday.
