The slowest most unfriendly branch around. A constant line of customers while 5 or 6 tellers twiddle their thumbs behind the counter. 2nd time in as many weeks that I stood in line for 10 minutes and the people in front of me hadn't even been acknowledged.
Just moved to the area, and intended to open new account at this branch. Called a few times but never got the info I needed. Bad services.
We’ve had a great experience dealing with Nathan Stouffer. He’s informative, efficient and personable, a great combination for a banker! He’s helped us with our banking needs and sometimes made us aware of other services that would be helpful to us. Also, the branch itself is well staffed, conveniently located, has sufficient parking space, and has full business hours. All in all, a very positive experience, especially for a Wells Fargo! (Sorry, Wells Fargo! 😬)
