Called 5 times and no one ever picked up the phone eve WF customer service couldn't get any one one the line. Absolutely ridiculous! Had to drive 30 minutes just to talk to them.
I have been to a lot of Wells Fargo's Banks and this one is the worst that I arguably have ever walked into I had some papers that needed a notary and the lady that was supposed to do the notary was trying to ask for all my paperwork and all my information when it was not needed and when I told her it was not needed none of the notaries have ever asked for all my business paperwork which was not her business actually that's a security issue between her and my business she decided to tell me that she didn't care and was nasty... read more
Sydney the banker is unbelievably pedantic. The practices are archaic and unreasonable in their "precautions" considering the amount of lawsuits active for the Wells Fargo company. Not even a $300 promotion is worth the headache of opening and banking here.
Bank manager took my check to "call down" on it and disappeated for 30 minutes to come back and rell me it was not valid and to call my insurance comp. I did. Check good went to another Wells Fargo branch. Cashed without problem. Tiger Point bank manager is unprofessional and just a nasty person. BY the way, this is the 2nd time she has had interactions with me and was rude and horrible last time as well
