Not competent enough to cash a check: The two stars are purely due to the friendliness of the employees and a hope that this branch improves in the future. I dropped in today to verify funds were available on a personal check written on a Wells Fargo account so I could deposit the check in my bank without any issues. This staff sucks
I brought in a check to deposit into a family member's account. There were only two tellers, both new and in training. I provided his name, account number, full address and after more than an hour, she still couldn't find his account. I have done this several times and not had any trouble!
If you don't have employees then shut the branch down!! It just can't get any worse than here, the few employees they have are excellent but always a long wait and excuse after excuse every time I unfortunately need to do business there.
Iv been here multiple times and unless you just want to pull out money or deposit it they tell ypu to go online or to a different bank they bankers inside are completely useless
