Really bad location. Hard to work with the employees. Dirty
This location customer service is terrible. I have been a Wells Fargo member for over 20 years yet I was “profiled” by the personnel / manager at this bayou location & they refused to cash my check. Claiming the check’s numbers looked to be possibly changed / tampered with when it was clear that it was not. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere.
Rebecca and Frantz did a wonderful job taking care of all of my banking needs. They were both prompt and professional. I was able to leave satisfied and well taken care of. Great customer service you two!!
