Always kinda slow inside here especially at tellers. They need more or faster ones at this location! Should NOT have to wait over 5-10min to speak with a teller.
I had an excellent experience with Breyanna at Wells Fargo. She was extremely professional, friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything simple and easy to understand. Her customer service truly stood out, and she made me feel like a valued customer. Wells Fargo is very fortunate to have someone like Breyanna on their team. Highly recommended!
Really bad location. Hard to work with the employees. Dirty
This location customer service is terrible. I have been a Wells Fargo member for over 20 years yet I was “profiled” by the personnel / manager at this bayou location & they refused to cash my check. Claiming the check’s numbers looked to be possibly changed / tampered with when it was clear that it was not. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere.
