I stopped by to cash a check and do some last minute shopping at the mall. Kaleb the bank teller greeted me and informed me there would be a $10.00 fee since I did not have an account. I assured him that would be fine and waited for my cash. I noticed Kaleb was about to hand me a lot of $2.00 bills. Severely lacking in customer service.
did not ask if I wanted large bills or not for withdrawal of $2600. (gave back $1000 in twenties) Teller said that was what was in their drawer.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter went into a Wells Fargo branch today to cash a check, only to be told that it was “flagged” for some reason. She politely asked for the check back so she could take it elsewhere, and they told her “okay.” What they didn’t bother to mention was that they had already printed on the check — voiding it out completely.
