Don't think you'll get customer service here!!!! ATM screwed up a deposit but the humans were unwilling to override a machine decision... In spite of the fact I'd been banking with them for over 30yrs. Says a lot about"customer service" huh? Too bad I didn't want them to open an acct without my knowledge... They'd be all over that!!!
