This location just lied and said their open on the weekends and and their closed 😐 so I came over and the website says their open

Tried to take my daughter in to open her first bank account. After waiting through the line for tellers, we were told that we “needed a banker” to do this, and they had none. Would be happy to schedule an appointment next week, she said. Gave two stars on review because she was polite, at least, but the idea that there is absolutely NO ONE on staff other than two overworked tellers (and one guy wandering around, allegedly “helping” them) is absolutely ludicrous on a Friday afternoon, shortly after lunchtime. Do better.
This bank is horrendous. The ATM's mobile tap will not work correctly. I've had problems withdrawing and depositing money at times as well. Wells Fargo is still trying to recover from multiple scandals, and this branch is no exception. Be wise and move your money to a responsible banking institution.
