Very disappointing they never pick up the phone. Simple customer service is to answer the phone. Automated customer service doesn’t answer every question. I’m looking for a different bank at this point.

I went to change my name because their website said I could. Drove 35 minutes to get there to be told they don't do it there. I've heen a member here for years. IIt may be time to cancel my accounts if they can't help.
