I went to change my name because their website said I could. Drove 35 minutes to get there to be told they don't do it there. I've heen a member here for years. IIt may be time to cancel my accounts if they can't help.
Service is hit or miss. Somedays they are great, others, I don't want to come back again. There have been very infrequent times with long waits and only one person working at the counter. Inside is nice, clean, and bathrooms are available.
Very friendly staff always helpful not too busy or a long wait.
Stopped by today to open 3 business checking accounts, a business savings account and deposit around $200k. We hadn’t made an appointment so they couldn’t be bothered to help us. They were somewhat aggressively rude about it, too. As we left, noting that apparently Wells Fargo wasn’t going to be our businesses’ (plural - we have 3) bank, the guy (balding with a beard), sarcastically wished us “good luck”. We went down the road to Chase, where we also didn’t have an appointment. They were able to set up our accounts and were ... read more
