Wells Fargo accepted a large check deposit and provided a standard receipt/hold notice. Once funds showed as available, a large cash withdrawal was denied after additional “verification,” with a new hold applied. No receipt or documentation was provided for the added restriction. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and inconsistent handling. I do not recommend this branch.
This Wells Fargo Bank location has terrible service. Waited 30+ minutes and never got helped. Walked out.
Would have given 0 star if possible. Took an appointment to and they said the person who can do the work is not available. So what is the point of the appointment ? Why did the accept the appointment? I took time off at work and they didn’t respect my time. Will end up closing accounts with them eventually.
