This bank doesn’t work well with others. So if you own a business good luck cause your checks are going to be held for 11 business days. Basically 3 weeks depending on when you deposit it

I had an appointment at a different branch, but I accidentally came to this location instead. The manager on duty kindly told me they could still help me, and I was assisted in less than five minutes. Joshua was the banker who helped me, and my process took over an hour. Throughout the entire time, he was friendly, patient, and professional. He answered all of my questions and helped me with every detail I needed without ever making me feel rushed, even though I did not have an appointment at this branch. Wells Fargo accepted a large check deposit and provided a standard receipt/hold notice. Once funds showed as available, a large cash withdrawal was denied after additional “verification,” with a new hold applied. No receipt or documentation was provided for the added restriction. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and inconsistent handling. I do not recommend this branch.
