This branch needs a lot more support. Waited 30+ minutes just to be told I couldn’t be helped because “the printer is down”.
Attempted to open an account to start investing and there was a 2 hour wait. My experience definitely fell short. I went right over to Chase bank and had absolute no problem.

Nice and courteous service in-person, but I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone the last three times I called.
Branch Manager Logan Bagley provided extraordinary customer service yesterday. He assisted with getting my online account back up and very kindly stayed beyond closing time to assist. Thanks Logan!
