The Wells Fargo on Pleasantburg needs to be revamped. They were packed in the parking lot and I chose to use the drive through ATM and it was out of service. I should have never came back to Wells Fargo even with the promotional offer they had. Every time I go there it’s always something. I’ve only had 3 good experiences in which every single experience should be good. Terrible customer service at teller window on 9/23/2026. They were disgusting and rude and when I ask to speak with a manager she wasn't much better. I'm in the process of trying to find a new bank
This location is awful. The ATM machines are always broken. The branch is open here and there. I'm shocked they're still around. Very disappointing. Updated 2 years later -I simply want to deposit cash. I shouldn't have to drive to another Wells Fargo when this branch is the one closest to my home. For the past week and a half, I've stopped by this location every couple of days, and every single time, both ATMs have been out of service. Not one—both. I can't stand Wells Fargo, I deposited a check with my name on it over a week ago and they still haven't cleared the check.
This branch needs a lot more support. Waited 30+ minutes just to be told I couldn’t be helped because “the printer is down”.
