Attempted to open an account to start investing and there was a 2 hour wait. My experience definitely fell short. I went right over to Chase bank and had absolute no problem.

Nice and courteous service in-person, but I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone the last three times I called.
Branch Manager Logan Bagley provided extraordinary customer service yesterday. He assisted with getting my online account back up and very kindly stayed beyond closing time to assist. Thanks Logan!
Do NOT GO HERE! The branch manager Logan Bailey refused to help me open a business account 40 minutes before they closed with no one waiting ahead of me. He refused to help me and said it would take too much time but couldn’t take the time to help me himself. Horrible customer service!!!
