Came to second WF branch today, in another attempt to help my daughter open her first checking account. We were turned away at our first attempt (no “bankers” available). SAME STORY HERE. Offered to schedule an appointment in a week, or more. Should’ve looked at the reviews but I just wanted to run in and ask a few questions about my replacement. I hadn’t received it and it was over a month. I wasn’t mad just curious if I can just order another card because its expiration date is at the end of the month. I come in, greater by the 2 women behind the counter.
