Came to second WF branch today, in another attempt to help my daughter open her first checking account. We were turned away at our first attempt (no “bankers” available). SAME STORY HERE. Offered to schedule an appointment in a week, or more. Should’ve looked at the reviews but I just wanted to run in and ask a few questions about my replacement. I hadn’t received it and it was over a month. I wasn’t mad just curious if I can just order another card because its expiration date is at the end of the month. I come in, greater by the 2 women behind the counter. I explained to her what I needed but before I could finish she tells me I can just add my card to Apple Pay from the app. I was confused because that had nothing to do with me not getting my card. Very disappointing visit, came in to make a deposit and waited 30 minutes in line! 4 people walked out as I should have but needed to do my transaction. I understand that people call out or don’t show up to work but maybe scheduling an extra person on busier days would help a situation like this.
